Data Collection & Protection
We only collect data that actively helps you or your child memorize the Qur’an. We do not monetize your personal information.
- Profile Data: We collect basic contact information (names, emails) strictly to manage your enrollment and community access.
- Academic Tracking: HifzFlow securely logs attendance, daily memorization (sabaq), revision (manzil), and weak areas to equip your teacher for your next session.
- Session Recordings: Classrooms are recorded so students can replay teacher corrections. These are securely stored and never made public.
- Female Cohort Protection Spec: Strict internal safeguards govern classroom recordings and data access to ensure absolute privacy for our sisters.
- Zero Data Selling: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal, financial, or academic data to third-party marketers.
- Right to Deletion: Upon leaving the academy, you may request the complete deletion of your HifzFlow academic footprint and personal data.
Website enquiries and cookies
When you use our website forms, we collect the details you provide so we can answer your question or contact you about classes. We use GoHighLevel to manage these enquiries. Analytics loads only when you allow it through our cookie settings. You can change your choice here.
After you submit complete contact details, we remember your name, email and phone in this browser for up to 30 days so our live chat and WhatsApp community form do not ask you twice. You can clear this website’s stored data in your browser, or choose “Use different details” in the community panel. This does not sign you out of an existing chat, start a call or subscribe you to marketing.
WhatsApp follow-up is optional. If you choose it on an enquiry or waitlist form, we save the exact choice, permission wording, submission page and time in GoHighLevel. The academy may then message you privately on WhatsApp about that request. Reply STOP to stop WhatsApp follow-ups. Providing a phone number, using live chat or joining the community does not by itself give permission for private WhatsApp follow-up.
